Simon Tugwell

Simon Tugwell is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt currently employed at Eaton, where they deploy Lean and Six Sigma methodologies within the organization. With a background in Aerospace Operations, Simon has also worked with Glastonbury Festival Events Limited, enhancing the experience for customers and performers. Previously, Simon held roles at Thales, Cobham Mission Systems, and GKN Aerospace, contributing to process improvement and production planning. Currently, they are pursuing a Diploma in Operations Management at the University of Dudley.
