Stephen Bourke

Stephen Bourke is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Manager of AI & ML Emerging Research Programs at Eaton, where responsibilities include coordinating government-funded initiatives, managing high-impact research publications, and overseeing patent submissions related to new intellectual property. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Senior AI & ML Engineering Program Manager at Eaton, successfully leading a team in developing an AI & ML technology platform. Stephen's previous experience includes a position as Senior IT Program Manager at EirGrid, where a key public cloud offering was introduced, and over a decade at daa, where significant transformation initiatives were led, including the modernization of workforce management solutions. Stephen holds a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and several certifications in ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and project management techniques.
