Stephen Cooper has extensive experience in engineering and technical program management, currently serving as a National Account Manager, Lead Technical Program Manager, and Technical Program Manager at Eaton since June 2016, where responsibilities include providing engineering support for national account customers. Previously, Stephen held the position of District Support Engineer, overseeing field service teams and offering regional engineering support, along with experience as a Senior Field Service Engineer, focusing on commissioning and maintenance of electrical distribution equipment ranging from 480V to 138kV. Prior to Eaton, Stephen served as a Senior Instrumentation Technician with U.S. Army Prime Power from June 2012 to June 2016, specializing in the maintenance and calibration of medium voltage electrical distribution equipment. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in BAS Energy Management and an Associate of Science in Nuclear Power Technology from Bismarck State College, complemented by foundational education at Lincoln University and a high school diploma from Highland High School.
