Steven Garner

Steven Garner is a Division Lead Quality Engineer and NDT Level 3 at Eaton, Aerospace Group, where they have provided quality assurance and special process support since 2011. With over 35 years of aerospace experience, they have specialized in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, and special processes such as Nondestructive Testing. Garner has held various positions at Eaton, including Quality Lead and Technical Manager, where they promoted compliance and continuous improvement while managing audits and personnel training. They are certified in Nondestructive Testing and have developed significant expertise in processes like welding, heat treating, and chemical processing. Garner is currently pursuing degrees in Organizational Management and NDT.
