Tom Heizer

Tom Heizer is a Plant Manager at Eaton, where they continue to demonstrate a strong commitment to leadership and continuous improvement since 2019. Previously, Tom held positions such as Director of Operations at PlayCore and various leadership roles at Spartan Light Metal Products, including VP of Operations and VP of Supply Chain Management and Lean. With a background in industrial engineering, Tom began their career as a Sr. Industrial Engineer at McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, focusing on implementing military standards. Tom earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1986.
