Tom Long

Tom Long is an experienced professional in technical services and support, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager for Digital Service Operations and Brightlayer Data Center Software at Eaton. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of Technical Support at Global Apptitude LLC. Tom's background includes serving as the Director of Information Technology for the football program at Duke University and working as a Technical Support Engineer at XOS Digital. Early in Tom's career, a role as Video Assistant with the Washington Redskins provided foundational experience in sports technology. Tom Long holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2004.
