Tom Wick

Tom Wick is an experienced engineering manager specializing in embedded firmware and electronics. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Embedded Firmware at Eaton since April 2019, Tom oversees the development and implementation of the Residential Wiring Division's embedded firmware strategy while providing guidance for software initiatives. Previously, Tom held the role of Electronics Engineering Manager, managing an electronics engineering team focused on commercial and residential circuit protection devices. With a career beginning in 1996, Tom has also served in various engineering roles at companies such as HOERBIGER, Cattron, Tollgrade Communications, Swagelok, Kent Displays, and May Department Stores. Tom possesses an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
