Vasavi Mandavilli

Vasavi Mandavilli is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the lighting industry. Currently serving as the NPI Engineering Manager at Eaton since November 2025, Mandavilli has previously held key positions at Cree Lighting, including Director of Engineering and various leadership roles in project and product management. With a career spanning over two decades, Mandavilli has overseen the development and delivery of advanced LED products while achieving customer satisfaction and managing NPI projects. A graduate of North Carolina State University with an MBA and of the University of South Carolina with an MS in Electrical Engineering, Mandavilli has contributed to research and optimization of LED technologies, co-authoring multiple papers and launching numerous innovative products.
