Vicky Anness

Vicky Anness is currently an EMEA Payroll COE Lead at Eaton, where they also serve as a UK & European Payroll Project Specialist. They have extensive experience in payroll management, having held the position of UK&Ireland Payroll & Pensions Manager at Eaton's Cooper Lighting from 2014 to 2022, and Payroll Manager roles at Card Factory and Rosebys India Ltd. Vicky's career began at Tunstall Group, where they worked as a Payroll Manager from 2003 to 2005. They are pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Operations and Departmental Management from Highfield, achieving a distinction.
