Justin Floro

Justin Floro is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Technical Specialist at EAVX since May 2021. Prior roles include Team Leader at Chick-fil-A and various engineering positions at Caterpillar Inc., including Drivetrain Mechanical Design Engineer, where responsibilities involved leading component design for New Product Introductions and creating functional requirements. Justin graduated from the Caterpillar Engineering Rotational Development Program in December 2009, completing rotations in mechanical design, testing, and logistics planning. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Project Engineer at AVL, focused on autonomous vehicle systems and advanced controls, and conducting research at Purdue University, where a thesis was completed on spinal cord stresses during motor vehicle accidents. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
