Mark Hope has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mark started their career at DaimlerChrysler as a Senior Project Engineer, where they quickly progressed as a technical leader with expertise in powertrain development and alternative fuels. After that, Mark joined Eaton Corporation as a Product Engineering Manager, where they provided leadership in the development of hybrid drivetrains and stability control systems. Mark then moved to Intelligent Energy as a Senior Engineering Manager, leading the transformation of the US operations and delivering fuel cell and hydrogen reforming applications to major customers. Mark later joined Adaptive Materials Inc. as the Vice President of Engineering, leading an organizational change and defining product lines to support remote industrial and military markets. Their most recent role was at EAVX, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager before becoming the President.

Mark Hope completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from SUNY Geneseo, which they attended from 1986 to 1991.
