John Curtis

John Curtis is the current Chief Financial Officer at Eaze. Prior to joining Eaze, John served as the CFO for Pacific Gateway Concessions, LLC from October 2018 to October 2019. There, they were responsible for preparing the airport retailer for sale to a strategic or financial buyer. The company was successfully sold to HMSHost in June, 2019.

Before Pacific Gateway Concessions, John was the VP Finance for Globetouch from February 2014 to June 2016. At Globetouch, they were responsible for the company financial model, forecasting, monthly close, administration, and management of outside legal advisors. John also led the divestiture of GlobeTouch assets and managed the successful shareholder vote to approve the transaction. In addition, John raised $30 million in Series A and B financing from venture funds of major global mobile network operators.

John has a long history of success in financial leadership positions. Their experience with complex financial transactions and international entities makes him an ideal candidate for the Chief Financial Officer role at Eaze.

John Curtis has a MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA in Theirtory from The University of Texas at Austin. John also has certification from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 63 and Series 7.
