André Chaves is a Managing Partner of Capital Solutions at eB Capital, where they lead efforts focused on credit and structured operations. Since 2013, André has been with Hemisfério Sul Investimentos, building the company's structured credit platform and team. Previously, André held key roles at Banco Icatu and Archer Daniels Midland, founded the investment boutique Principal Partners, and served as CIO at Banco Gerador. André holds an MBA from the Universidade de São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
