Assistant Vice President, Special Projects at EBA Engineering, Inc.

Mark Serio has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Mark began their career in the United States Air Force as a Senior Military Manager, where they served for 22 years. After that, they worked as Vice President at Aarcher, Inc. for five years. In 2013, Mark joined Maryland Environmental Service as the Chief of the Field Operations and Maintenance Section, overseeing environmental compliance and maintenance at various facilities in the state. Mark was later promoted to Chief of the Water/Wastewater Operations & Maintenance Division, responsible for the operations and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants throughout Maryland. Currently, Mark is working at EBA Engineering, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President, first leading the Water/Civil Engineering Departments and then transitioning to focus on Special Projects. In this role, they analyze business strategies and implements new ones to improve results and support clients' goals.
