Michael Brown

Michael Brown is a seasoned professional in construction management and engineering with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Senior Construction Manager at EBA Engineering, Inc. since March 2021, Michael previously held the role of Assistant District Engineer-Construction at the Maryland State Highway Administration for nearly 16 years. Michael has also contributed as General Manager at YMCA National Capital and Operations Manager at UPS Burtonsville, MD. Additionally, Michael served in the United States Marine Corps for over a decade with a focus on intelligence, embarkation, and motor transport, holding a Top-Secret clearance. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Project Management from American InterContinental University.
