Darlene Simon has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Darlene began their career as a Sales Associate at Sprint, where they were responsible for customer relations management, growing and keeping count of account databases, and selling and managing cell phone carrier plans. In 2007, they took on the role of Nursing Assistant at Shalom Home, where they were responsible for helping patients with bathing and other activities of daily living; repositioning and transporting patients; and communicating with patients, nurses and visitors. In 2008, they began working as a Field Support Rep at Ricoh Business Solutions, where they were responsible for copy production and finish work, operation of a mail center, maintaining billing logs and reports, assisting with new site implementation, and assisting in the training of new and existing employees. In 2005, they were promoted to Supervisor at Sams Club, where they were responsible for customer service and oversight of front end activities in accordance with all company policies and procedures, scheduling, cash handling, and performance appraisals. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Office Manager at eBacon. Prior to this, they worked as an Office Coordinator/Exec. Assistant at JFQ Lending, Inc. from 2019.

Darlene Simon attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.). Darlene also attended Teaneck High School from 2002 to 2003. In addition, they obtained a CNA certification in September 2007.
