Rita Anson

Rita Anson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, project management, and consulting across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Developer at International Development Norway and Charge Incubator, as well as a Co-Founder of WIN Ventures I and WIN Women Investor Network Norway, Rita Anson actively supports initiatives that empower women in investing and entrepreneurship. Other notable roles include Secretary General and Program Manager at NorBAN - Norwegian Business Angel Network and board member at Yyouth. With a strong educational foundation including a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Universidad de Zaragoza, Rita Anson also contributed as an International Consultant for UN Women, focusing on investment strategies for Bolivian startups.
