Marco Adel is an experienced Contact Center Head at EBANK, currently leading operations since 2023. They previously held various roles at ALEXBANK from 2016 to 2017, including Affluent Contact Center Supervisor and Manager. Marco earned a Very Good with Honor Degree in Tourism and Hotels Management from Helwan University Cairo in 2010 and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Digital Transformation at ESLSCA University, expected to complete in 2024.
