Prior roles include Head of Treasury at Klabin, where key achievements involved securing significant syndicated loans, and leadership positions at NovaAgri and Raízen, where Andrei managed operational treasury and FX risk. With a background that includes positions at Stone, Suzano, and Volkswagen Financial Services, Andrei has developed a strong expertise in debt management, financial analysis, and banking relationships. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Business Management from FEI and a Technical degree in Small Business Management from Centro Paula Souza.
