JiChul Yang

JiChul Yang, Ph.D., is a Division Executive at Precision Machinery Company, specializing in future technology prediction and business pathfinding within the semiconductor field. They currently serve as a Vice President of Technology Research and Global Marketing at Ebara Technologies while also holding the position of Visiting Professor at Sungkyunkwan University, focusing on CMP research and graduate student mentorship. With extensive experience that includes roles at major companies such as GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Samsung Electronics, and SK hynix, JiChul has contributed to significant advancements in semiconductor processes, supervising teams across Korea, the U.S., and Japan. They hold a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Process and Integration from Sungkyunkwan University, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yonsei University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Inha University.
