Allison Daugherty

Allison Daugherty is a finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Finance Change Management and North America FP&A at eBay since July 2016, Allison has been instrumental in providing financial guidance to the Fashion Business Unit while overseeing P&L reporting for category profitability. Prior to eBay, Allison held positions at Acclarent, a Johnson & Johnson company, where leadership in finance during a significant transition was demonstrated, and Gilead Sciences, supporting Sales & Marketing teams with substantial budget oversight. Earlier career experience includes financial analysis roles at AMN Healthcare and BAE Systems, coupled with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego.
