Aruna K.

Aruna K. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of Legal for North America Markets at eBay since March 2012, Aruna has held various leadership positions within the company, including Senior Director and Director roles. Prior to eBay, Aruna worked at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Securities-Technology group, where expertise included negotiating private equity financings and advising on mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes an Associate position at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, also focusing on corporate and securities law. Aruna holds an A.B. in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
