Benjamin Benhan

Benjamin Benhan serves as a Global Privacy and Infosec Attorney at eBay since July 2022 and is an active member of the California Lawyers Association, contributing to the CPRA Rulemaking process. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Attorney specializing in Privacy and Data Governance at PwC from October 2018 to July 2022. A strong foundation in cyber security and network infrastructure was established while working as a Senior Technology Engineer at Shared Services Canada from September 2011 to September 2018, providing support to the Canada Border Service Agency. Additional legal experience includes an internship at the California Department of Justice and technical roles within the Canadian Armed Forces, which included positions as a Network Engineer and Technical Specialist. Benjamin's academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University, a Master's degree in Cyber Security Operations and Leadership from the University of San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ryerson University.
