Bill Linzbach is an accomplished design and program management professional with extensive experience in leading innovative initiatives within the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Design Program Management at eBay since September 2022, Bill is focused on enhancing the eBay experience for millions of global users. Prior to eBay, Bill dedicated 27 years to Microsoft, where roles included Principal Program Manager Lead for the Partner Center and various leadership positions in the Internet of Things and Windows Phone divisions. Bill's educational background includes a BA in Business and Marketing from the University of Washington.
