Changmo Yoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cross-border trade and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Head of Korea Business Unit at eBay since December 2014, Changmo has led various strategic initiatives including the optimization of sales operations and the management of business development teams. Prior to eBay, Changmo worked at Rakuten, managing global sales teams and successfully launching logistics services and large promotional campaigns. Education includes a Master's degree in Business from Rikkyo University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pusan National University, and participation in a Graduate Exchange Research Program at Hitotsubashi University.
