Chris Callister is a proactive and ethical leader with over 20 years of experience in online managed marketplace and banking fraud operations. They have directed global teams at eBay, where they managed over 100 fraud and customer service supervisors while combating online fraud and overseeing chargeback processing. Previously, Chris served as a Senior Fraud Investigator at Advanta Bank, managing hundreds of fraud cases monthly and ensuring effective recovery processes. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business. Chris is also fluent in conversational Japanese.
