Dawn Block is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in e-commerce and merchandising. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for eBay in the U.S., Dawn Block leads efforts in enhancing the Collectibles, Hardlines, and Home shopping experiences while fostering economic opportunities. Prior to eBay, Dawn Block was Senior Vice President at Target, overseeing digital operations and guest service strategies across multiple platforms. Dawn Block has held various leadership roles, including Vice President at Hayneedle, where responsibilities included merchandising, product development, and global sourcing. Dawn Block began a career at Uline as an Associate Product Manager, focusing on product sourcing and development. Dawn Block holds an MBA from National Louis University and a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
