Evan Pickett is the CEO and Founder of Moonstone Games LLC, where Evan leads a team and codes for Notoriety: A PAYDAY® Experience on the Roblox platform since October 2024. Prior to this role, Evan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at eBay from March 2023, focusing on enhancing safety and modernizing the messaging platform. Evan's experience at Roblox from May 2014 to September 2023 included serving as the Lead Developer of games such as Notoriety and Valor, as well as a position as an Accelerator, where Evan planned and programmed a game using the scrum framework. Other roles include a Software Engineer Intern at eBay and freelance software development for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, where Evan developed a tool to significantly reduce calculation times for wildfire dispatchers. Evan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Utah University, where earlier contributions included tutoring Java students as a Teacher Assistant.
