Freya G. is an accomplished finance and corporate strategy professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and corporate development. Currently serving as the Director of Inorganic Strategy at eBay since January 2023, Freya leads deal execution and financial modeling for strategic initiatives. Prior to eBay, Freya held significant roles at ByteDance, Baidu Inc., and Fosun, focusing on M&A execution and investment strategy in sectors such as eCommerce, education, and technology. Freya's earlier experiences include positions at Goldman Sachs and KPMG, providing strategic advisory in investment banking. Freya holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from East China University of Political Science and Law.
