James Tong

James Tong is an accomplished Architect with a focus on AI/ML, cloud computing, and data architecture. Currently, they serve as an Architect at eBay, where they leverage their expertise to guide large-scale e-commerce initiatives. Previously, James was a Data Architect at GetInsured from 2013 to 2020, where they played a pivotal role in enhancing data governance and architecture. They are also a co-author of a patent for an LLM-based approach to workflow automation, showcasing their innovative contributions to the tech industry.
