Jerry Shen is the Head of Corporate and Business Development at eBay, a position held since 2024. Previously, Jerry served as Senior Director of Corporate and Business Development at eBay from 2018 to 2024, where they led several high-profile transactions, including the acquisition of TCGplayer and the sale of StubHub. Jerry has extensive experience in investment banking, having worked at Lazard and Cowen and Company, and held a director position at CCC Information Services. Jerry began their career in healthcare finance at Banc of America Securities and completed internships at Amgen. Jerry is currently pursuing an MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds a BS from Cornell University.
