Jess Madsen

Jess Madsen currently serves as the Global Head of CRM at eBay, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jess was the Owner and Independent Consultant at JM Consulting from September 2023 to June 2025, providing expertise in product innovation, go-to-market strategies, and CRM to various companies. Notably, Jess was a Director at Wayfair from April 2019 to December 2023, leading global CRM initiatives that generated $2.3 billion in annual revenue. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at Wells Fargo, where innovation efforts included launching a new business line and developing an in-house creative agency, as well as a Manager role at American Express, overseeing product development for international markets. Jess holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Connecticut College.
