John Egbert

John Egbert currently serves as Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at eBay, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Stifel Financial Corp. from June 2014 to August 2021, including Managing Director in Internet Equity Research. John's earlier experience includes roles as an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley from April 2011 to June 2014, where key coverage included major companies in the Consumer Internet sector. John also worked at Barclays Investment Bank as an Assistant Vice President in Prime Services, and began a career at Morgan Stanley focusing on Prime Brokerage Finance. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Systems from Mercyhurst University.
