Lara Pentreath

Lara Pentreath is a Senior Associate at Taylor Wessing, specializing in IP law, with a focus on brands, designs, and content disputes. They currently assist clients in navigating complex disputes at the IPEC, High Court, and UK Intellectual Property Office across sectors such as fashion, tech, and media. Previously, Lara held various roles at Gowling WLG, including Trainee Solicitor, where they contributed to significant litigation cases and gained experience in different legal areas. They also participated in a China secondment, assisting in enforcing global IP rights.
