Michael Carson

Michael Carson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory management and policy development, currently serving as Senior Director at eBay since November 2010. In previous roles, Carson has focused on managing relationships with global regulators and law enforcement to protect Marketplace interests. Notably, as a Board Member of the Center for Safe Internet Pharmacies from January 2011 to January 2015, contributions were made toward strategies combating illegal online pharmacies. Prior to eBay, Carson held positions at PayPal, where responsibility included brand risk management, and earlier experience included analyzing legislation for Fortune 500 clients as a Legislative Associate at Stateside Associates and serving as Chief of Staff in the Massachusetts State Senate.
