Mikhail Shulgin

Mikhail Shulgin is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering for 3PM Shield at eBay since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mikhail held various leadership positions at 3PM Shield from May 2016 to September 2023, including Head of Development, Senior Engineering Manager, Team Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Mikhail completed a Master of Computer Applications in System and Software Engineering at the Higher School of Economics from September 2019 to June 2021, following a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the same institution, earned from September 2015 to June 2019.
