Ming Ouyang

Ming Ouyang currently serves as the Sr. Director of Decision Science at eBay, where responsibilities include leading the decision science team to support Risk & Compliance. Previously, Ming Ouyang held the position of VP of Architecture & Rules Platform in FinTech at NationsBenefits and served as VP of Data and System at CITCON, focusing on data and cloud infrastructure, business intelligence, and risk management. Throughout a lengthy tenure at PayPal, Ming Ouyang progressed from Principal Software Engineer to Sr. Director, overseeing various software development and data analytics initiatives related to risk, credit, and compliance. Earlier career experiences include roles at ESS Technology as a Sr. Software Engineer and at China Telecom as a Software Engineer. Ming Ouyang holds both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
