Nancy Jiang

Nancy Jiang has extensive experience in M&A, investments, and finance across various industries. They worked at J.P. Morgan from 2015 to 2018 in Technology Investment Banking, advising technology firms on significant transactions such as the sale of Bankrate and the financing of Amazon's acquisition of Whole Foods. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Analyst at PFM, focusing on the transportation sector. Currently, at eBay, Nancy is involved in corporate development, overseeing major transactions including the sale of eBay's Classifieds business and investments in several companies. They hold an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
