Peter Dinh

Peter Dinh is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in virtualization and systems engineering. Currently serving as Manager of ITSS - Virtualization & Systems Engineering at eBay since March 2015, Peter leads a global team responsible for managing eBay's virtualization services and ecosystems. Prior roles at eBay include Senior Virtualization Engineering Lead and Senior System Administrator, focusing on systems architecture and performance tuning for critical enterprise systems. Previously, Peter worked as a Sr. Desktop Analyst at Xilinx, where responsibilities included project management and IT operations, and owned Fast Pace Racing, a local hobby shop for RC racing. Peter began a career in IT at the University of California, providing technical desktop support. Educationally, Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, with a minor in Computer Sciences and a major in Natural Sciences and Geology.
