Richard M.

Richard M. is an experienced product management leader with a strong background in both technology and finance. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at eBay since September 2019, Richard manages global payment and tax initiatives, overseeing significant financial operations, including AI/ML-based tax code determination. Prior roles include Principal Product Manager at Sage Intacct, where Richard focused on internationalization and localization efforts, and Group Product Manager at Intuit, leading multiple QuickBooks products and innovation initiatives. Richard has also held senior leadership positions at companies such as BrandProtect, NuLogX, and Points International, contributing to the development of various SaaS solutions and product management strategies. Richard co-founded SalesDriver, a leading online sales incentive solution, and began a career as a consultant at Deloitte & Touche. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Communications from York University and an Accounting Certificate from Foothill College.
