Rob Paczkowski

Rob Paczkowski, CEBS, has over two decades of extensive experience in benefits management across various notable companies. Starting as a Benefits Assistant at Sallie Mae, Rob advanced through roles including Benefits Administrator at PHP Healthcare Corp, Senior Benefits Administrator at NRTC, and Benefits Manager at Freddie Mac, where responsibilities included retirement program oversight. As a Global Benefits Manager at BearingPoint, Rob managed U.S. benefits, before transitioning to Capital One to oversee health and welfare programs as Director. Rob further honed skills at Google as Healthcare Delivery Benefits Manager, focusing on health benefits strategy and compliance, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Benefits at eBay, leading the global benefits team and strategy. Rob holds a BS degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from King's College.
