Robert Hamra is a Real Estate Development student at the University of Southern California. They had hands-on experience in property management, leasing, and entrepreneurship, including a Property Management Internship at Anaheim Hills Business Center (2022–2025) where they operated the leasing office, communicated with 80+ tenants, met with local officials and inspectors, obtained certification for properties, brought properties into compliance with new local laws, and conducted 10+ tours of vacant offices resulting in tenants renting a unit.
