Rohit Sahney

Rohit Sahney serves as the Director of Engineering for Payments & Tax C&R at eBay since September 2017, leading teams to advance the company's global Payment Intermediation vision and e2e Tax Collect & Remit stack. Prior to eBay, Rohit worked at PayPal for over 13 years, holding positions including Senior Software Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities involved leading the development of innovative in-store payment solutions and the product line "Adaptive Payments." Rohit began their career as a Research Assistant at the Biomedical Simulations Resource Lab at the University of Southern California. Rohit holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
