Ron Jaiven

Ron Jaiven is the GM of Vehicles at eBay. Prior to their current role, Jaiven served as the Director of Strategy and Planning at Taco Bell from January 2011 to December 2012. In this role, they teamed with the Vice President to define annual brand plans and key business priorities. Ron also led a cross-functional project that yielded $40MM in P&L improvement.

From January 2006 to December 2010, Jaiven worked as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company. In this role, they advised C-suite clients on growth strategy, operational improvements, and M&A transactions. Ron also led management consulting engagements in consumer, tech, and private equity.

Jaiven co-founded the tech startup Iris Wireless in January 2000 and served as the company's Vice President of Finance until December 2005. During their time with the company, they grew it to 40+ employees and $3MM in annual sales. Ron was also responsible for financial reporting, board meetings, and fund raising ($15MM).

Ron Jaiven's educational career began with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgetown University. Ron then pursued an MBA in Strategy from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
