Scott Gaffney

Scott Gaffney is the VP of Search Engineering at eBay. Scott has previously worked as the founder of Zpex, a software development company focused on web development, and as the Chief Technology Officer of LoudEnergy.com, an online music company. Scott has also worked as a Research Associate at the University of California, Irvine.

Scott Gaffney received their BS in Computer Science from UC Irvine, followed by an MS in Computer Science from the same school. Scott then went on to UC Berkeley for their Engineering Leadership Professional Program. Finally, they received their Ph.D. in Computer Science: Artificial Intelligence from UC Irvine.
