Shaina Brown

Shaina Brown is the Head of State Government Relations at eBay, where they oversee state government affairs, advocating for issues such as e-commerce and small business interests. With fifteen years of state political experience, Shaina has cultivated expertise in public policy development and coalition building. They previously served as Legislative Director in the California State Senate and held significant roles in various nonprofit organizations, including as President of the Board for Girls on the Run of Greater Sacramento. Shaina is committed to social justice and women's issues, currently serving on the Board of Directors for VALOR US. They earned a BA in Political Science from San Diego State University.
