Shalinee Mattoo

Shalinee Mattoo is an accomplished professional in talent management, currently serving as the Global Talent Management Director at eBay since July 2023. Mattoo is also a Founding Member of nFormation, active since November 2021. Previously, Mattoo held the position of Head of Talent Management at Sonoma Biotherapeutics from June 2021 to July 2023 and served as Principal for People Strategy & Organization Design at Blue Shield of California from September 2016 to June 2021. Additional experience includes roles at NIIT (USA), Inc. as Manager, Kineo Inc. as Lead Designer, and consultative positions at Capgemini and NIIT from 2005 to 2011.
