Siada El Ramly

Siada El Ramly serves as the Head of Government Affairs EU at eBay since December 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team that manages all external representation of eBay at the EU level and defining the organization's EU policy strategy. Prior to this role, El Ramly was the Director General of DOT Europe from April 2013 to December 2023, managing a key European trade association representing internet companies and ensuring their interests were effectively voiced in EU forums. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of Public Affairs - Europe at the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association and Director of Global Services Office at AHIMA, with a strong background in public affairs, advocacy, and strategic planning across various organizations including DIGITALEUROPE and the European Software Association. El Ramly holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The American University in Cairo.
