Simon Gog

Simon Gog is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as Principal Member of Technical Staff at eBay since March 2018, Simon has also held roles as Senior Member and Member of Technical Staff at the same company. Prior to this, Simon was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology from July 2014 to September 2018 and a Research Scientist at eBay for a brief period in 2017. Additional experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position at The University of Melbourne and a Research Assistant role at Universität Ulm. Educational credentials include a Dr. rer. nat in Informatik and a Diplom in Informatik, both obtained from Ulm University.
