Stephanie Swint

Stephanie Swint, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Employee Relations Partners Manager at eBay since May 2015, where responsibilities include conducting investigations and supporting leave of absence cases. Prior roles include People Experience Consultant at eBay, Area Human Resources Director for Red Lion Hotels, and HR Director for Wasatch Internal Medicine and Family Practice. Additional experience includes positions at Target, The Light Group, The Mirage, and Fitzgeralds, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. Stephanie began her career as a volunteer with AmeriCorps and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah.
